An adhesive that vulcanizes rubber with rubber, metals and other materials. The connection is so strong because it is a solvent adhesive with a hardener, therefore it tears off pieces of the material when breaking, and it is waterproof and we are talking about cold vulcanization. After gluing, the whole thing is flexible - it does not harden. The most common cases of gluing and choosing the right product: gluing raw and reinforced rubbers - ATK 901 (if silicone then atkfix06+ primer) connecting transmission belts - flat, wedge, toothed and others made of rubbers - ATK FIX or ATK 901 gluing rubbers to drums and linings - ATK 901 completely with metal underlay and minor repairs several centimeters long Atkfix 06 drive, transmission and PU belts, pvc, pa and others - ATK PU 1/5/9 or atk fix 60 or 06 if you have mesh conveyor belts use this set of combinations rubber+ felt, cork, lining, fabric / fabric - we also use u800 with foamed EPDM, if you do not need water resistance / continuous immersion, elastomer driving belts and cables, in most cases we glue atkfix 06+ primer We glue elements such as: rubber transmission and drive belts - driving, gear belts, flat, toothed, V-belts, etc. floating vehicles such as pontoons, boats, rafts (in the case of thin materials - as we combine beach y atk812) marine elements such as bumpers, floats, buoys, industrial rubber aprons in cold stores, docks, semi-trailers, extensions bonding metal tanks to seal and protect against chemicals with epdm rubber - oil-resistant drums and linings sticking and gluing gasket strips bonding diving suits and life jackets sluices rubber doormats mats and rubber covers. Possible connections: has an overlap for buttocks finger overlays Operating instructions - possible repairs 1. lining to metal surfaces - pre-wash the surfaces of grease, dirt, etc. - roughen two surfaces and degrease with the degreaser included in the set - apply the primer-primer on the metal and wait 20- 30 minutes. - lubricate both sides with glue and wait 10-15 until dry - connect well, press firmly - in case of springback or greater weight, the pressure should be maintained for the first 1-3 hours. 2. Repairing cracks - tears - defects - prepare a patch 3-5 cm larger in the case of overlay gluing, or 0.5 cm larger in the case of - insertion into the cavity - degrease the surface (remember not to use gasoline and solvents - they do not degrease ) - rub with sandpaper or mill and degrease again - apply glue on two surfaces and wait 10-15 minutes. - after drying, reapply and wait until dry - press well so as not to leave air between the layers - for small elements you can use work, clamps, etc. Resistant to: water-resistant petrol, oils, greases, weather conditions and other chemicals Set with little glue 200 g of ATK 901 glue (base) 9 g hardener 10 g Primermetal degreaser isopropanol 100 ml instructions for use of the glue. Set with large glue 750 g of ATK 901 glue (base) 39 g hardener 50 g Primermetal degreaser isopropanol 100 ml instructions for use of the glue. Remember: - the surface should be clean, dry and rubbed with sandpaper to remove the smooth surface and oxidized first layers. - the strips can be glued at an angle of 45 degrees to increase the bonding surface - this will distribute the force on shear and not tearing - in the case of metals, always use primer-metal
