Plexiglass dibond glue ATK 812 The adhesive is still flexible, so we can stick plexiglass into dibond and aluminum panels. Due to the high expansion, the weaker material does not crack when the temperature changes, when the cassette heats up to 70-80 degrees. How to use: degrease the surface, apply glue so that after pressing it has a thickness of min. 1-2mm. so that the glue can "work" with temperature changes in the future. The complete set for gluing letters includes: ATK 812 glue - 400g - black (if you need white, ask for it) Degreaser for surfaces 100 ml Swabs for spreading - 2 pcs. P-200 primer - 5 ml Gluing composite dibond boards can be divided into: - gluing the structure of dibond coffers after milling and bending the walls - then we use SA 10-15 BLK - we glue the fillet, - gluing plexiglass from the inside to the milled plate for letters and illuminated coffers - we use GB 10-10 or ATK 812 - gluing angles and other profiles coffers, signs, pylons GB 10-10 or SA 10-15 - pasting plexiglass on the edge in 3D letters - use a thin glue groove SA 10-15 WHT or a transparent version CC 10-12 PHVCLR
