Blue thread adhesive for most thread, nut and bolt applications. It allows protection against self-unscrewing in case of vibrations and impacts, as well as seals and protects the thread in the place of application against corrosion. We can unscrew such a thread later. Application: screwing in standard and fine-threaded bolts tightening pipes and other threads sealing belt connections of broken threads - only in case of slight damage (otherwise use T674 or V653) sticking belt connections, e.g. toothed wheels, rotating wheels, etc. with low forces Technical data: Strength shear (N / mm²): 15 ≤ 20 Breakaway torque (Nm): 20 ≤ 25 Viscosity (cPS): 1800 ≤ 2000 Maximum gap (mm): 0.25 Temperature range (° C): -60 ≤+150 Class fastening: 2 Packaging: 10 g or 50 g (discount - 10%) under the order: 250 g) Fastening classes in anaerobic adhesives: 1 - thread sealing and fastening with subsequent easy unscrewing (allows to seal and / or fasteners against self-loosening nuts, bolts and pipes under the influence of vibrations and impacts 2 - the same as point 1, but we use a wrench to unscrew and the thread is quite resistant, 3 - As points 1 and 2, but the fastening is so strong that in many in accidents it is not possible to unscrew it, the screw may be damaged and / or it is necessary to heat the thread surface to "burn" the adhesive. We also use this class for gluing bearings, belt, toothed and sleeve surfaces. If you have: - a bolt or a nut that you tighten before unscrewing and sealing, choose V032 or T333 - bolt / nut gluing "permanently" V653 / T674 - bearings and bushings - small gap V640, larger slack V653 - pipe threads T138 or permanently T674 - In the case of a larger gap than the maximum used or acceleration of bonding with copper, brass, bronze and stainless steel, we use ACTIVATOR 11 for one surface 0.1 mm by two to 0.15 mm.
