Adhesive for sealing copper pipes MED21+ METALFIX

An adhesive for sealing a copper pipe with kneading mass. Repairing a damaged or broken copper pipe is no longer a problem. Simple repair - perfect copper color. You will repair / seal a leaking copper, brass or bronze pipe; copper radiators and coolers and other elements made of these materials. How to use: 1. Grind the surface with a wire brush for raw metal, removing old paint, oxides accumulated on the surface and other debris 3-5cm around the crack / hole / damage. 2. Prepare a portion of steel plasticine so that, after subsequent pressure, the thickness reaches 1-2 cm - cutting off a piece and kneading to a uniform color (the second ingredient is inside, just cut it crosswise) 3. Press firmly compressed mass to stop the leak and hold until it hardens ( wrap the pressed mass with a bandage, armored tape, steel or webbing belt; or apply a stiff pressure) 4. After hardening, sand the surface of the mass with sandpaper and degrease to remove the resulting sanding dust / residues. 5. Mix Kemispox MED21 / FE21 in the correct proportion. 6. Apply well on the surface, rubbing 2-3 mm layers so that the whole is 2-3 mm thick (if the meringue is more, the better) 7. Steel mesh, mat etc. can be replaced with a cut half-tube, on which you apply a layer of glue and the whole you will press it, leaving it to harden. Remember / important: 1. Remember to rub kemispox into the surface in layers to press the product well, thus removing air from subsequent layers. 2. Use the supplied degreaser for degreasing. Do not use gasoline, denatured alcohol etc. as these are removers and not degreasers. 3. If there is high pressure - it is worth using a metal or reinforced plastic mesh, apply a thicker layer of glue 5-10mm and on a larger surface min. 5cm.
