An adhesive for repairing leaking and dry cast iron and steel pipes. The glue effectively fills holes, cracks and holes in cast iron or steel pipes. It behaves like steel / cast iron after hardening. It can be machined. After baking, it becomes more fluid and penetrates into small gaps. The consistency allows us to glue in any position: vertical and even elements near the ceiling. (it is worth to slightly heat the surface) mix the glue in the right proportion, apply the adhesive well rubbing so as not to leave air between the layers, after 2-3 layers you can flood the mesh it will be easier for you to achieve the required min 2-3 mm. and additionally you will strengthen the whole thing, heat it up with warm air, unless you've done it before. leave to set, Repair kit for cast iron pipes contains: 1. Epoxy KEMISKIT FE21 adhesive 30ml / 100g 2. Degreaser for plastics 100 ml 3. Metal etch AP1 5 ml 4. Mixing kit: Plastic washer, 4 sticks for application, Spatula 5. Flexible metal mesh 12x15 6. Plasticine ATK METALFIX (steel, cast iron) (120g) How to use: 1. Sand the surface with a wire brush for raw metal, removing old paint, oxides collected on the surface and other impurities 3-5 cm around the crack / holes / damage. 2. Prepare a portion of steel plasticine so that, after subsequent pressure, the thickness reaches 1-2 cm - cutting off a piece and kneading to a uniform color (the second ingredient is inside, just cut it crosswise) 3. Press firmly compressed mass to stop the leak and hold until it hardens ( wrap the pressed mass with a bandage, reinforced tape, steel or webbing belt; or apply a stiff pressure) 4.after hardening, sand the surface of the mass with sandpaper and degrease it to remove the dust / grinding residues. 5. Stir Kemispox FE21 in the correct proportion. 6. Apply well on the surface, rubbing 2-3 layers so that the whole thickness is 2-3 (if the meringue is more, the better). Remember / important: 1. Remember to rub kemispox into the surfaces in layers to press the product well, thus removing air from subsequent layers. 2. Use the supplied degreaser for degreasing. Do not use gasoline, denatured alcohol etc. as these are removers and not degreasers. 3. If there is high pressure - it is worth using a metal or reinforced plastic mesh, apply a thicker layer of glue 5-10 mm and on a larger surface min. 5cm.
