UV adhesive for glass with metal ATK UV22

ATK UV 22 - version for glass-to-glass and glass-to-metal bonding of dense consistency Allows for joining inclined and vertical surfaces. The shear and tear strength is so high that it tears off pieces of glass during tests. When bonding glass surfaces that do not transmit UV light, use Kemiskol L415 / 715 or ATK PU 16 with AP3 etchant. The recommended adhesive is ATK UV35 due to its increased resistance to moisture and water. Application: advertising: hardening the glue on elements such as stands, display cases and glass statuettes industry: gluing fastenings / handles for glass doors stucco / ornamentation: gluing glass elements of ornamentation such as e.g. artificial diamonds ATK UV22 - (formerly MEGA-UV-4) perfectly transparent , Viscosity: 6000 cPs, (thick honey) gap 0.03 - 2.0 mm, strength: 10-14 N / mm2 Temp. working: -55 -+120 degrees The adhesives are characterized by: - high strength - short hardening time (depending on the lamp used, 5-30 seconds) - resistance to weather and chemical conditions - easy dosing - color: transparent Note: It is necessary to use light UV in order to properly cure the adhesive. Also remember to use eye protection glasses.
