Specialized, one-component adhesive for brake-clutch linings ATK EP77 Thanks to advanced components, min. synthetic resins and rubbers, the brittleness of the connection has been reduced to a minimum and the adhesion to the glued surfaces has been increased. The adhesive is highly resistant to shear forces and temperature fluctuations. The best results are obtained by gluing the linings to St3S, 18G2A steel, most grades of aluminum and gray cast iron. ATK EP 77 (Mega-77) glue does not stick to tool sheets, stainless steel sheets, spring sheets, high-speed sheets, copper and brass. Application: bonding new friction linings, e.g. brake shoes (in places where you cannot buy a suitable model and reworking from new or existing ones), bonding and regeneration of clutch linings, brake pads, brake linings, brake linings, friction linings, clutch linings, brake bands (depending on the material) we also use ATK 901) Used in: automotive workshops as a hobby (for their own applications and in the construction of non-typical vehicles) renovation plants for vintage cars friction lining production companies (glue used in the production of the largest automotive concerns) Advantages: one-component adhesive is easy to apply (you can even heat it up in the oven) high thermal resistance - the glued joint can withstand temperatures exceeding 320 ° C (even more briefly during braking), it should be the only one to be used for cladding due to safety requirements (i.e. heating the glue after joining) packaging Sufficient for 1m2 replaces completely riveting Packaging: 200 ml
