Methacrylate adhesive for Acralock GB 10-05 / 10-10 dibond

A special version of GB 10-10 methacrylate with an expansion of up to 400% and minimizing pull-in. Adhesive specially designed for advertising, service and production companies that work on composite / sandwich dibond panels. What we most often use for: joining dibond with aluminum and steel supports (elements of facades of service and residential buildings - there are no disadvantages of polyurethane adhesives) PMMA plexiglass with dibond or aluminum in coffers window, "radiator" industry, eaves - gluing glass with ceramics (tempered glass and laminated) Also adhesives: ferrous and non-ferrous composites / polyester laminates, vinyl ester gelcoats, ceramic surfaces ABS, pvc, pu, pmma, pet, etc. (we use PP 1-02 for pp, pe) Specifications: color: black gap : 0.5-15 mm does not flow from vertical surfaces permanently flexible resistant to weather conditions, chemicals - acids, salts and bases 3-10 withstand - (-55 -120 degrees, through 1g- 180 degrees The GB 10 series includes 2 versions in 50 ml and 490 ml cartridges and 20l pails and 200l drums SA 10-05 SA 10-10 (the most common version, product on request) Bonding of dibond composite panels can be divided into: - bonding dibond cassette structures after milling and bending the walls - then we use SA 10-15 BLK - we glue the fillet, - sticking plexiglass from the inside to the milled plate for letters and illuminated coffers - we use GB 10-10 or ATK 812 - sticking angles and other cassette profiles, signs, pylons GB 10-10 or SA 10-15 - pasting plexiglass on the edge in 3D letters - use a thin SA 10-15 WHT glue groove or a transparent version CC 10-12 PHVCLR Remember: Adhesive 1:10 in the cartridge - squeezer needed (glue cannot mix by hand) The set with the glue is one stirrer (mixer). We recommend using 2-3 agitators per one pack of glue.
