A full set of adhesives that allows you to repair cracks and splinters of car windows in passenger cars, vans, motorhomes, etc. If you have a windshield in a motorcycle or motorhome made of plastic, use this set. (thin) 5W hardening flashlight 100 ml degreaser Instructions: 1. degrease the surface to be repaired and remove any loose pieces 2. if there is only a scratch / gap, apply thin glue and wait for it to fill and harden with the flashlight for 20-30s. (for cracks longer than 1-2 cm, you should drill at the ends in order to stop further cracks) 3.if the crack is under the surface and the glue does not get completely into the gap after the glue is dropped in, use a manual or automatic vacuum pump and apply vacuum harden the glue 4. if there are additional losses over 0.2 mm. apply the denser ATK UV20 version and apply a stiff, transparent foil so that the glue will flow and even out on the surface 5. cure the glue for 20-40s. 6.Cut off the excess glue with a razor blade and remove the flashes on the sides of the undamaged glass (illuminate if necessary for another 30-60s. 7. for a better effect, you can polish the surfaces. Remember: - the glue outflow on the first micro-layer remains sticky if you don't cover it with foil the curing time (the strength of the glue remains the same, and if you cut the glue, there is no need to use the foil, but it reduces the size of the flash) - You can buy the glue stock here: ATK UV 35 or ATK UV 23
