Glue for glueing the dashboard ATK U-800 The only glue for dashboards that can withstand up to 180 degrees, so it does not peel off under the influence of temperature, like other adhesives, which after heating the surface of the console to even 80-90 degrees, the bond strength drops very significantly. Plastic consoles in the car, wanting to upholstery with artificial leather, most often it is PP plastic, polypropylene with additives, and therefore we use a special primer for this type of plastic before gluing. Note that not using a plastic backing for any glue may cause the eco leather or fabric to peel off the surface over time. How to use: 1. degrease the surface with a degreaser from the set (we do not use gasoline, solvents, etc. which cause a drastic reduction in the bond strength) 2. apply the 822 primer on the dashboard and wait 5-15 minutes. until complete evaporation, 3. apply the glue on 2 surfaces with a brush, roller or spray and wait approx. 5 minutes. to dry, 4. press / stretch the whole, leaving it under pressure until fully hardened or "catching" the edges with ATK FIX glue. Glue: - natural leather - artificial leather - eco-leather - natural fabrics - artificial / synthetic fabrics - rigid and foamed upholstery foams - sponges - for surfaces made of raw and painted metals; plastics; raw wood, plywood, chipboard and fibreboard; wooden veneers and rigid and foam rubber. Some new versions of eco-leather will need to be applied twice to the surface due to for the so-called anti-aging additives 3. If you order even the same materials (i.e. you cooperate with one company that supplies you with How to test a sample from each delivery because we know from experience that the quality of these materials can change dramatically, although it may be the same in appearance.
