Plastic welding machines

What kind of plastic welder to buy? Despite the large number of models, the choice is very simple. If it is to be equipment for hobby / DIY work, even the cheapest models, i.e. AT-858D+ or AT-852D+, are enough, but if you have a larger budget, take the AT-951 model immediately - nothing better on the market at this price, and this is equipment also for automotive workshops. In the case of commercial welding, apart from this model, you will need more efficient equipment such as BOSITE-S. For strictly industrial welding, such as welding of PVC pipes, industrial containers such as box-pallets, garbage cans and repair of galvanic baths, you can choose the second model. For stationary work, the BOSITE-PID will be the best if you want to be more mobile BOSITE-D, of course remembering that in places where the wall exceeds 5-7 mm, we use the BOSITE-5001 extruder. The exception is the AT4000 model, which can be used for welding and fusing for work with low loads. At home, you can repair a bumper, lamp, fuel tank and other automotive parts and even household appliances and electronics such as lawn mowers, garden chairs, transport cases and everything else made of thermoplastics. In industry, these are mainly 3-4 categories - PVC pipes, e.g. sewage, pressure and drainage pipes; repair and production of bathtubs in electroplating plants, waste containers and food boxes - regeneration and minor repairs; What else will you need? Remember to buy the necessary accessories for automotive repairs, such as plastic binders, welding nozzles and do not forget about the helpful plastic stapler-stapler. Of course, if you take one of the above sets, you already have everything included. How to weld plastics? Welding is not difficult and even banal; it is enough to heat the surface to be slightly melted and the binder to "flood" the previously prepared surface; bearing in mind the pressure all the time. Here, after making 2-3 repairs on an unnecessary piece, then it's just grinding repetition and practice - like driving a car. In the case of companies willing to open repair points or maintenance teams at the plant, we provide professional training on this topic so that people can start repair work immediately after the course. What is a plastic welding machine, how does it work, and is it the same as a welding machine? It is a machine that heats the plastic with warm air, plasticizing it, thanks to which, under the pressure of the binder-electrode, two separate pieces are joined, i.e. the element that we are repairing. In the case of a welding machine, we are talking about welding the material, so there is no 3 element, but 2 surfaces are welded by heating and pressing. What is an extruder? It is a plastic extruder that changes the binder by the meter or in the form of granules. By grinding, heating and using a screw, it extrudes a shape depending on the type of nozzle that is used. The Bosite 5001 model is a manual extruder for welding PP and PE elements with which we connect and repair thick elements over 4-5 mm. such as industrial plates, e.g. in galvanizing plants or ventilation ducts, but also pipes, manholes, septic tanks etc.
