KEMISKOL V653 anaerobic one-component adhesive for threads in engines, etc. Version with increased working temperature up to 230 degrees in places with constantly or periodically increased temperature. It is a version with class 3 disassembly, i.e. it is difficult to disassemble - not disassembled at all. If you have places where the temperature can reach 250 degrees or the thread is very loose, use the KEMISKOL T674 version or first recreate the thread with Kemiskit FE21 Application: - gluing screws and nuts - gluing bearings - gluing belt surfaces - the above connections on new and used elements Resistant to water, gas, oils and factors such as impacts and vibrations. Technical data: Shear strength (N / mm²): 30 ≤ 35 Breakaway torque (Nm): 40 ≤ 50 Viscosity (cPS): 800 ≤ 850 Maximum gap (mm): 0.20 Temperature range (° C): -60 ≤+200 Fastening class: 3 Packaging: 10g (50g and 250g on request) Fastening classes in anaerobic adhesives: 1 - thread sealing and fastening with subsequent easy unscrewing (allows to seal and / or fastenings against self-loosening of nuts, bolts and pipes under the influence of vibrations and impacts 2 - the same as point 1, but we already use a wrench to unscrew and the thread is quite resistant, 3 - As points 1 and 2, but the fastening is so strong that in many cases it is not possible to unscrew , the bolt may be damaged and / or it is necessary to heat the thread surface to "burn" the glue. We also use this class for gluing bearings, belt, toothed and sleeve surfaces. If you have: - a bolt or nut that you tighten before unscrewing and sealing, choose V032 or T333 - paste the bolt / nut not "permanent" V653 / T674 - bearings and bushings - small gap V640, larger clearance V653 - pipe threads T138 or permanent T674 - In case of a larger gap than the maximum used or faster bonding with copper, brass, bronze and stainless steel, we use ACTIVATOR 11 on one face 0.1mm by two to 0.15mm.
