Leather, foams, sponges adhesives

Flexible materials - upholstery, which are more or less soft, do not pose a problem with joining with each other and with other materials or fabrics, even as different as: foam with metal. The only choice is the convenience of application and some specific adhesive properties mentioned below. Let's start with this ... What materials can we glue? Foams and sponges made of polyurethane, polyethylene, modified thermoplastics such as TPO, TPE and derivatives used in industry and as acoustic insulation or protection of elements (it does not matter whether hard or soft, more or less foamed) Wall and decorative plugs Plain, technical and artificial felt Leather - most often now artificial eco-leather-derma. For all these substrates, we use U-800 contact adhesive for small, medium and large surfaces, and if we are gluing to building materials, it is ATK 812 linearly. In decorative elements also ATK PU clear - perfectly transparent and flexible and modified hot glue ATK 113. What to glue the felt with? The choice is basically one U800, except for wet places, then we use a special type U800-2 or ATK 021. Gluing polyethylene foam - is it possible? Yes, we have a special primer that allows these materials to be bonded together or other surfaces. We usually use ATK 812 with ATK 823 primer or U800 with this primer. ATKfix or special hot glue ATK113 can be used on small surfaces.
