Dispenser for aggressive liquids such as adhesives, solvents and acids. Thanks to the use of solvent-resistant elements, we can safely apply this type of fluids while maintaining repeatability of the portion. These elements are: 1. A tank entirely made of stainless steel - in special cases, eg anaerobic glue, equipped with plastic valves to prevent contact with the metal and cause a reaction! 2. Polyethylene hoses for safe transport of aggressive liquids - optionally equipped with Teflon or polyamide hoses 3. Special membrane head J-180, in which the product does not come into contact with anything other than PE material; therefore there is no reaction in anaerobic and cynaoacrylate adhesives and it is resistant to most solvents The whole can be dosed in 3 modes: 1.completely manual - press, flow, let go, 2. semi-automatic - set the portion after pressing it flows out as much as we stopped 3. automatic - set servings and repeat time - a serving of 0.5s every 2 sec. fed - press and dosing is fully automatic - we only put the elements on which the product is to be dispensed. If we want to connect to a robot or production line, just connect 2 cables. Optionally, replace the J-180 dosing valve with J-90.
