Professional manual welding machine with LCD display and automatic cooling down. For light loads, you can choose the AT-4000 or the simple model without Bosite-D display. It is the top model of the BOSITE brand from handheld devices, which has a digital display for more accurate setting of the required temperature. The first reason is the aforementioned power, i.e. how quickly we can heat a given surface with a flat nozzle installed. The second reason is that we can work non-stop for several hours without cooling down. How do we weld? This is a very simple method, see the video below. On the material to be welded, do the test beforehand, i.e. take two pieces of material (20-30cm is enough) and overlap each other with an overlap of 4-6 cm. Attach with paper tape at the ends. Set Bosite-DL to 350 degrees and wait 3-4 minutes. until it heats up and the temperature stabilizes. Insert the nozzle between and press with the roller with a force of 3-5 kg. taking care not to run into the nozzle. Wait for it to cool down and check the connection. If you can tear by hand without too much force, raise the temperature to 400 degrees and re-test. (NOTE: a light balloon during operation is advisable, but not so that it wrinkles the material).
