Dispenser for resins and 4KJ glues

Automatic dispenser for resins and pastes for precise dosing on surfaces with a repeatable dose of the product. We can dose the resin in 3 modes. 1.as a foot dispenser or via a trigger in the handle - press the valve, dispense the liquid, stop, finish - this mode is also turned on when working on the production line 2.Setting the desired portion - set the valve opening, e.g. for 2 seconds and after pressing the foot dispenser or trigger, only the amount we set will flow out - a very good mode for repetitive doses on the surface, e.g. we have a 3D sticker for pouring a specific portion. 3.as an automatic dispenser - we set the portion and repeatability time, e.g. a portion of 2s repeated every 5s. turn on and "the automation does the rest", we can place elements on which the glue is to flow out or only on the conveyor move elements onto which we dispense the resin. The whole is on 10l tanks made of stainless steel, and the walls are so thick that the tank will serve for years. Connection to an external controller takes only 2 cables! The controller sends the signal to the ATK-4KJ to open the dosing valve - 4KJ takes care of all automation. Standard set includes OZ 610-2 head for resins and adhesives up to approx. 10,000 cPs. However, if you want to serve a larger portion at once or have a thicker product, we will replace it with the OZ-600-2 head at the same price.
