Dosing of silicones and pastes

For dispensing, we will use a dispensing tube with a precise tip. In the guide, you will also see a special head that you can also use. For smaller elements, tubes are dedicated to which the product can be repacked. The THD-4KG model is designed for this type of work. The device has a pressure regulator with a nanometer, where we set the pressure to a given product density. You will see the whole and detailed description in the guide. The device allows the use of both soft (bowels) and rigid tubes.

 

Dosing of Silicones is best done with the THD-4KG dispenser.

 

We can dispense from silicone tubes in several ways:

 

• standard tube put on a dispenser with a tip that we have with silicone. (it may be a different tip, not necessarily standard)
• silicone dosing with precision needles - we need a special reduction for tubes and needles - (description can be found in the video guide)
• exact method: we attach a special head,
• used, for example, in production - we dose from a tube.
