Squeezers for adhesives and silicones - overview

When squeezing silicones or tubes, we have a choice:

 

- manual squeezers,

- battery squeezers,

- pneumatic squeezers,

 

Hand squeezers for silicones and masses
 

They allow for squeezing small amounts when we use up to 3 cartridges a day. The squeezer that we propose is not an ordinary market squeezer. It is for 290 / 310ml tubes, but is also adapted to custom aluminum tubes. You can find a detailed discussion of this topic at the beginning of the video. The second advantage is the gear ratio. The store ones are around 12: 1, which means it's not ideal especially for high-density products. Remember - a good squeezer has a gear ratio of 18: 1, but ideally it has a gear ratio of 26: 1. If we want to get more precision - we use battery guns. The batteries in good models should be lithium-ion. They should have speed regulation - which means that we can squeeze faster or slower. Remember to adjust the speed to the density of your product. This type of device is very efficient and convenient to use. Such squeezers can also be found in the 1: 1 and 10: 1 systems. Pneumatic industrial squeezer
 

Recommended for production needs where continuous work is essential. For proper operation, pressurized air is required (you can buy such a compressor in a supermarket). Squeezers have a pressure regulator, air feeding. They are usually light and handy. The device allows for precise feeding of the product and repeatability of the portions. When you need precision, there is one more alternative. Tubes 30/50 ml and a special squeezer. Dedicated to small portions. You can choose a dosing needle that will make it easier to apply. The entire set has been completed and discussed in the film.
