Adhesive for hinges and glass door handles ATK UV 35 Adhesive for attaching metal fittings to glass with UV light. If the surface is impervious to UV light, choose Kemispox N, or if you glue steel hinges into wooden doors, use ATK EP61 We glue: steel hinges, stainless steel and aluminum fittings distances - distance discs fixing other fixings to: external glass doors and internal cabin doors under shower fixing stairs and steps metal legs of tables and countertops Glued materials: stainless steel (stainless) acid-resistant steel (acid) raw aluminum and anodized copper, brass and bronze (earlier tests necessary due to the "reactivity" of these metals, leave 24- 48 and test) Instructions: degrease the surface wipe the glass with the AP3 etchant and the AP1 metal etch, and wait 20 minutes. apply glue to the center of the joint or along it if it is a strip and press the element down, fix it with paper tape or other fixation, so that the element does not move when exposed to radiation, irradiate the surface for 30 sec. 2 min. (with a 2W flashlight, especially if the glass is glued - foil spacer) Remember: - if you are gluing below approx. 15 degrees, heat the glued surfaces with a heat gun so that they are about 30 degrees to remove moisture - do these activities before degreasing, especially applying etchant. - glued elements should lie or be attached so that they do not move when exposed to exposure (pressure - manual holding is not recommended).
