Sealing compound ATK 812

The ATK 812 adhesive is used in repair and sealing works. It is intended for roofing works as well as for own use on the roof. It is an adhesive and a great sealant at the same time. We seal all roof and drain connections that you previously used silicones, polyurethane or bituminous masses, which usually "went away" after 1-2 years and leaked again. Make a repair once and well. The most important features: Quick initial setting, 100% waterproofing we use outside and inside, Sealing joints, overlaps, expansion joints and cracks, Good adhesion, Resistant to UV rays and chemical compounds, fireproofing fireplaces and grooves even made of PP !!! Exemplary sealing of the fireplace / inlet: - clean the surfaces physically from possible dirt, contamination, etc. - wipe both surfaces with sandpaper - degrease the surfaces with isopropyl alcohol (do not use gasoline, denatured alcohol, etc.) - in the case of a fireplace made of PP, grease with ATK 822 or ATK 8154 primer and leave for 5-10 minutes - apply ATK 812 glue on one surface (if the surface is dry, sprinkle it lightly with water beforehand) - press it down and leave it under pressure for at least a few hours - form the flash as a grout by lightly pressing it so that no water gets into the future Note: Primer 822 is especially used for roofs with PVC membranes, there are also 200 ml spray versions. It is recommended to rub it with sandpaper to remove the old layer, separators or varnishes. The kit includes: 1. ATK 812 adhesive 400g - black (also ask for white or gray) 2. Degreaser for surface cleaning - 250 ml3. ATK PU 8154 adhesive primer - 5ml (temporarily replaces 822 primer) Why ATK 812 is better than other products on the market? - greater physical strength than silicone and bituminous sealants - 100% resistance to light - several times higher resistance to aging - most products after 1-2 years is suitable for replacement because it either detaches from the surface and does not ensure tightness or cracks when exposed to direct sunlight - does not harden and crack with time - does not contain solvents - does not contain harmful isocyanates like sealants on polyurethanes - does not creep in time like silicones - does not damage galvanized and painted surfaces like acetic silicones - does not cause corrosion - can be applied vertically in ceiling positions directly from the tube or by applying with a spatula - repairs also in wet and rainy surfaces !!!
