Flexible gluing of Polyethylene - PE with ATK 812 glue Important note: If you want to glue rigid elements, use the best Acralock PP 1-02 glue (it is not used to fill between surfaces, so the elements must fit together) Application: hard polyethylene PE PEHD-HDPE polyethylene foamed - foams Instructions: degrease the surfaces polyethylene in the places of gluing, wipe with ATK823 primer and wait 20-30 minutes (apply on a paper towel or cloth and rub it thoroughly into the surface - it is not enough to smear it with a brush) apply 812 glue and press it so that the width of the glue after pressing is not greater than 2-3cm. wait until full bonding. Remember: if you want to glue large surfaces, apply the adhesive in stripes at intervals of 5-15 cm, remembering to wipe it first with a primer. perform the strength test beforehand due to the fact that the type of PE is very large and there are often elements made of re-granules, not pure polyethylene. The set includes: ATK 812 black color 400 ml ATK 823 primer 10 ml Plastic degreaser 100 ml difficult-to-stick gluing is complex, however, the list below should be chosen if you have elements made of these plastics: - general pp, pe, pom, ptfe bonding to the butt and overlaps or at cracks by sticking the PP reinforcement 1-02 e.g. broken plastic barrel - bonding of small elements ATK FIX with primer - we glue pp, pe, pom and ptfe - gluing polyethylene foams - U-800i 812 with ATK823 primer or warm ATK113 - gluing lamps and bumpers with pp, pp / epdm, pp+ .... pu16 with primer 822 - bonding and sealing surfaces pp ATK 812+ 822, pe ATK 812+ 823 (or see point 1) - all kinds of PE films - insulation, geomembranes, roof membranes use HYLKOL.
